How can I exchange my William Sox parts?

If you wish to exchange the pieces you have purchased through our website, you must send an email to soxwilliam@gmail.com indicating the model, color and size for which you wish to make the exchange. If the item you purchased is worth less than the item you want, we will issue a voucher with this value valid for one year. In this way, we advise you to exchange for articles with the same value or higher. After receiving your request by email, we will check if we still have stock availability and will inform you, responding to your email. In addition to the stock availability information, we will send you the data (name and address) that you must use to send the part (s) you wish to exchange, as well as the payment method for shipping the new part. Upon receipt of the part (s), William Sox analyzes it, verifying if the conditions of exchanges / returns are in conformity, then sending the new part to the same address within 2-5 business days.The cost of exchanges / returns is borne by Customer (except for quality reasons).

How many days do I have to change my William Sox?
The exchange period is 14 consecutive days after receiving the order at the address chosen by you. The part must comply with the requirements indicated in the Returns section. If you can not find another part you like in the exchange process, William Sox returns the money? In cases where no article is to your liking, William Sox will issue a voucher with the value of the item, not containing the value of the goods. It has one year after the date of issue of the voucher to discount it. The return of the cash value is not possible. Returns: According to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, in the exchanges / returns made on the site, the Customer has 14 consecutive days after receiving the order at the address chosen by the Client to be able to do it.For exchanges / returns the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered (with bag, hygienic protector, etc.). No exchanges / returns of altered, washed, used, or otherwise damaged items for misuse are made. William Sox is not responsible for the misuse / washing of parts. Shipping


The products ordered from the Wiliam Sox online store will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
We can only guarantee the good delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is indicated by the user, this address being located in a house or office located in a place and / or country for which Wiliam Sox carries out delivery of orders.
A delivery is deemed to be effected or a product is deemed to be delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.
We offer free shipping on orders over 29€ to ship to Portugal. For the following countries, the orders must be over 35€: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.
